Frank A. Adams, Managing General Partner, Grotech Capital Group
Frank A. Adams co-founded Grotech Capital Group in 1984. His prior experience includes hands-on operating experience as a senior executive of high-growth firms ranging in size from start-ups to New York Stock Exchange companies. Adams is a director of several public and private companies in the Grotech portfolio focusing on technology, service, consumer, and basic industries. He is co-founder and Chairman of the Mid-Atlantic Venture Association, and was the recipient of the 1991 Entrepreneur of the Year Award, sponsored by Ernst & Young, Merrill Lynch, and Inc. Frank Adams holds a BS and a JD from the University of Baltimore.
Steve Fisher, Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer, Entercom Communications
Steve Fisher has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Entercom Communications since November 1998. Entercom is the nation's fourth largest radio group operator and has completed over $2.4 billion in transactions in the past six years. From 1994 to 1998, he was a Managing Director with a private equity firm located in Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania. Previously, Mr. Fisher held numerous operational and financial management positions over a period of 15 years with Westinghouse Broadcasting (now CBS) including management positions in Cable, Radio Stations and Executive Vice President for the Bradcast & Media group.
Steve Fisher also serves on the Board of Directors of Knoll, Inc. (NYSE: KNL).

Shelley A. Harrison, Ph.D., Senior Advisor and Head of Corporate Portfolio Ventures, Coller Capital
Dr. Harrison combines extensive experience in entrepreneurship and developing new technologies for mass-market applications with a wide range of technical and business skills. As Senior Advisor and Head of Corporate Portfolio Ventures at Coller Capital, Dr. Harrison utilizes his background in Electrophysics, engineering, business management and venture investing to assist Coller’s portfolio companies. Prior to joining Coller, Dr. Harrison co-Founded Symbol Technologies, Inc., where as Chairman and CEO, he led Symbol’s market creation of laser bar code scanning and its applications in mobile computing and wireless LAN technologies. After his career at Symbol Technologies, Dr. Harrison balanced several high technology venture capital leadership roles with Board positions at leading technology firms Spacehab Inc. (NASDQ: SPAB); China’s Sohu.Com Inc. (NASDQ: SOHU); NetManage, Inc. (NASDAQ: NETM) and SafeNet, Inc. (NASDAQ: SFNT). Dr. Harrison is also co-Founder of Harrison Enterprises, Inc., and has co-founded two high technology venture capital funds – PolyVentures I and II, LP. He served as Member of Technical Staff at Bell Telephone Labs (AT&T) and Professor of Electrical Sciences at SUNY Stony Brook.
Dr. Harrison earned his Ph.D. and Masters degrees in Electrophysics from Polytechnic University. Dr. Harrison is a graduate of New York University, where he earned his Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering.

Scott Herman, Executive Vice President of Operations, CBS Radio
In November, 2007 Scott Herman was named Executive Vice President, Operations for CBS Radio. In this role, Herman is responsible for 83 stations in 19 markets throughout the Country and oversees the CBS stations in Atlanta, Seattle, Phoenix, Minneapolis, San Diego, Tampa, St. Louis, Baltimore, Denver, Portland, Pittsburgh, Charlotte, Riverside, Sacramento, Cleveland, Las Vegas, Orlando, West Palm Beach and Hartford. Herman also spends much of his time working with the CBS owned all-news and news/talk stations throughout the United States and assisting CBS Radio President/CEO Dan Mason in New York, LA, Chicago, San Francisco, Boston, Dallas, Houston, Washington DC, Dallas and Houston. Prior to his corporate appointment in 2003, Herman was Senior Vice President, Market Manager for Infinity Radio in New York overseeing WINS, WFAN, WXRK, WCBS-AM and FM and WNEW-FM.Mr. Herman also served as Vice President & General Manager of America’s first All-News radio station, 1010 WINS, from January, 1994 till July, 2003 and of WNEW-FM on two different occasions during the nineties.In 1997, Herman also served as Senior Vice President, News for the CBS Radio Networks. In that role he was responsible for CBS News’ radio operation, including newsgathering and programming and its relationship with its 500 plus affiliated stations around the Country.
In his 29 year broadcasting career, Herman has served as Director of News Programming for KYW-TV and KYW-AM in Philadelphia (1992-1993); News Director of KYW-TV, Philadelphia/NBC (1990-1992); Program Director of WMAQ-AM in Chicago (1988-1990) and Program Director at KYW-AM in Philadelphia (1985-1988). He began his career at WINS in 1978 and then ascended through the ranks serving as Unit Manager in 1981, Assistant News Director in 1982 and News Director from 1983-1985.Herman is currently the Finance Chair and a member of the Executive Committee for The Radio Advertising Bureau (RAB) and an active Board Member of The International Radio and Television Society Foundation; iBiquity Digital Corporation; The Ad Council and The Sisters of Mercy Advisory Council. He is also a Past-President of the Associated Press National Broadcasting Advisory Board and a Past-Chairman of the New York Market Radio Association.In 2008, Radio Ink Magazine named Herman one of the 10 Most Powerful People in Radio. The magazine also named him one of the 40 Most Powerful in 2006 and one of the 10 Best General Managers in Radio in 2002. His other awards include “Alumnus of the Year” from Brooklyn College (2002); The UJA’s “Achievement in Radio Award” (2001); “The Celebrate New York Award” from Big Apple Greeters (1999) and The JNF’s “Tree of Life Award” (1997).
Mr. Herman is a graduate of Brooklyn College of The City University of New York with a BA degree in Television & Radio and resides in New Jersey with his wife and children.

Alfred C. Liggins, III, President, CEO, Radio One, Inc.
Alfred C. Liggins, III, president and chief executive officer, Radio One, Inc., owns or operates 63 radio stations located in major markets across the U.S. In this role, he is responsible for the overall management and operation of all Radio One facilities, including spearheading new business ventures, identifying station acquisitions, developing business plans for acquisitions, engineering transitions from previous owners to Radio One, Inc. and arranging financing for new acquisitions. In 1995, Alfred Liggins earned an MBA from the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania.

Jeffrey L. Littlejohn, Executive Vice President, Distribution Development, Clear Channel Broadcasting, Inc.
Jeff Littlejohn is the Executive Vice President, of Distribution Development for Clear Channel Broadcasting, Inc, which owns or operates over 1200 radio stations in the US . In his role with Clear Channel, Littlejohn is responsible for the oversight of all technical aspects for the radio division. He is a member of several industry committees including the National Radio Systems Committee and various groups within the National Association of Broadcasters. Prior to joining Clear Channel, Littlejohn was the Director of Engineering for AMFM, Inc. and Chancellor Broadcasting.

Gerald A. Poch, Chairman and Managing Managing Director, FirstMark Capital
Gerald A. Poch, the Non-Executive Chairman of iBiquity's Board, is the Founder, Chairman and Managing Partner of FirstMark Capital. Prior to founding FirstMark Capital, he was Senior Managing Director of Pequot Capital Management. From 1996 to 1998 he was the chairman, president and CEO of General Electric Co. (GE) Capital Information Technology Solutions (ITS), and before ITS, from 1983 - 1996, founder, co-chairman and co-president of AmeriData Technologies, Inc. and its predecessor companies until its acquisition by GE Capital in 1996. From 1979 until 1983 he was senior vice president of TIE/communications, Inc. and president of Technicom, Inc. Mr. Poch graduated cum laude from Boston University School of Law where he was managing editor of the Law Review. He is admitted to practice law in the States of New York and Massachusetts and the District of Columbia.Mr. Poch currently sits on the Board of Directors of the following public companies: BriteSmile, Inc., (NASDAQ: BSML) and Andrew Corporation, (NASDAQ: ANDW) as well as a number of private companies.

Thomas M. Uhlman, Managing Partner, New Ventures Partners
Thomas Uhlman is president of the New Ventures Partners. Prior to his current position, Uhlman was Lucent's senior vice president, corporate strategy, business development and public affairs. There he was responsible for strategy, acquisition, new business creation, planning and government affairs activities at Lucent. In 1995, Uhlman joined AT&T as vice president of corporate development after 12 years with Hewlett-Packard Company. Thomas Uhlman holds a bachelor's degree in political science and psychology from the University of Rochester (1968) and a doctorate in political science from the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill (1975) as well as a master's degree in management from Stanford University's Sloan Program.
